Return Policy

Bought an item from our store and need to return it?

Neurodiverse Kidlit Collective is not a retailer, nor does it have the capacity to create and store its own merchandise. We run at the lowest cost possible, so that we can put more of our funds toward our cause: supporting and lifting the voices of neurodivergent children’s authors.

Because of this, we utilize Print On Demand suppliers to fulfill merchandise orders. All merchandise is put into production when you place the order and is considered a “custom order.” Because of this, our suppliers do not take returns that are due to the customer ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing their mind.

But we want to work with you. If you have a reasonable return, please reach out to us through our inquiries page and we will do our best to find a resolution. Keep in mind that all returns of this nature cost us money, so we would like to reduce the chances of that happening. We ask that you pay attention to measurements listed on the site, and ensure that you are selecting the correct size and color before placing your order.

Of course, if the order you receive is damaged, misprinted (please note our suppliers allow for a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement), or there is another manufacturing error, our supplier will cover that entirely. Please notify us within 20 days of product delivery so that we can contact our supplier and get your order straightened out!
